The present invention relates to a precast concrete wall for seismic reinforcement and a seismic reinforcing method using the same capable of conveniently and rapidly installing a form and placing and curing concrete in a site as a precast concrete wall is manufactured to have a protrusion part in a predetermined area on a concrete surface while not partially bending horizontal hoops in a portion bonded to an existing building. The precast concrete wall for seismic reinforcement comprises: a panel part (110) to charge the empty space of an area where an existing wall is removed; a protrusion part (120) protruding from a predetermined area on one surface of the panel part (110) to have the different floor level from the panel part (110); a plurality of first vertical reinforcements (210) vertically arranged in the panel part (110) at a predetermined interval; a plurality of second vertical reinforcements vertically arranged in the protrusion part (120) at a predetermined interval and maintaining a gap with the surface of the panel part (110) while protruding from the top and bottom ends of the protrusion part (120); a plurality of first horizontal hoops (310) having a C-shape to surround the first vertical reinforcements (210) and the second vertical reinforcements (220) by being horizontally arranged at a predetermined interval while passing the panel part (110) and the protrusion part (120) and maintaining a gap with the surface of the panel part (110) while one end protrudes from the side surface of the protrusion part (120); and a plurality of second horizontal hoops (320) horizontally arranged in the panel part (110) to have an L-shape and protruding from the area of the surface of the panel part (110) where the protrusion part (120) is not formed after passing around the first vertical reinforcements (210). After the panel part (110) is installed in the area where a masonry wall is removed, the second horizontal hoops (320) protruding from the panel part (110) are bent into a C-shape like the first horizontal hoops (310).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
