(B) forming a graft oxide dispersion by dissolving the graphene oxide in a polar solvent containing water by using ultrasonic waves; and (c) Adding hydrazine monohydrate to the oxidized graphene dispersion to reduce the oxidized graphene to form a reduced water suspension of the oxidized graphene; (d) preparing alumina powder and zirconia powder; and (e) adding alumina powder and zirconia powder to a polar solvent to form a ceramic slurry, (f) adding and mixing the ceramic slurry to a reduced water suspension of the oxidized graphene, and (g) And (h) sintering the formed body formed by the molding. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a graphene-ceramic composite body. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily produce a graphene-alumina-zirconia composite having high fracture toughness, bending strength and abrasion resistance.
