The present invention relates to a consistent hashing processing system based on cooperative caching and forwarding in a content-based network, comprising: an autonomous system (AS) which includes an upper layer group and a lower layer group; and a cooperative caching processing unit which, in the autonomous system (AS), applies a cooperative caching algorithm onto routers on a request path and controls the system to cache non-overlap contents.
