A complex yarn-based flexible battery comprises: a first conductive nanofiber containing a cathode active material; a second conductive nanofiber containing an anode active material; and a separation membrane positioned between the first conductive nanofiber and the second conductive nanofiber, wherein the battery is formed by twisting the first conductive nanofiber and the second conductive nanofiber each other, having elasticity and flexibility at the same time, and capable of directly weaving and knitting. Therefore, the battery can be used as an energy storage element of a wearable fiber-based device.
