METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ANTI-OBESITY FUNCTIONAL TEA CONTAINING FERMENTED GINSENG LEAVES, BURDOCK, AND GREEN TEA AS ACTIVE INGREDIENTS AND ANTI-OBESITY FUNCTIONAL TEA MANUFACTURED BY SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing anti-obesity functional tea containing fermented ginseng leaves, burdock, and green tea as active ingredients, and to anti-obesity functional tea manufactured by the same. More particularly, the method for manufacturing anti-obesity functional tea includes the steps of: fermenting ginseng leaves; drying and roasting the fermented ginseng leaves; drying and roasting burdock; drying and roasting green tea; and mixing the roasted fermented ginseng leaves, burdock, and green tea at a ratio of 3 : 4 : 3. The anti-obesity functional tea manufactured by the method according to the present invention has activity for inhibiting lipid accumulation in a 3T3-L1 cell line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
