Disclosed is a gear box unit for a wind power generator. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the gear box unit for a wind power generator comprises: a first bearing holder unit having a first bearing unit inserted into the front end of an output shaft installed on the gear box unit for the wind power generator; a second bearing holder unit having a second bearing unit inserted into the rear end of the output shaft; and, a cover unit sticking to and wrapping around the external side of the first bearing holder unit and the second bearing holder unit. The cover unit comprises a first inserting hole opened along the direction of the outer circumference, and the first bearing holder unit and the second bearing holder unit have a second inserting hole opened on a position corresponding to the first inserting hole. The fixated status of the first bearing holder unit and the second bearing holder unit is maintained by a fixing member combined with the second inserting hole with a screw by passing through the first inserting hole from the external side of the cover unit.
