NONWOVEN FABRIC MANUFACTURING SYSTEM CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING NUMBER OF LAYERS AND THICKNESS OF NONWOVEN FABRIC BY USING A PLURALITY OF NON-WOVEN FABRIC MATERIAL ALIGNMENT APPARATUSES AND NONWOVEN FABRIC MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a system for controlling the number of layers of a non-woven fabric and the thickness thereof by using a plurality of non-woven fabric material alignment apparatuses. It is possible to control the number of layers of a non-woven fabric and the thickness thereof according to the present invention, it is possible to realize diversification of product manufacturing by supplying different materials to a first, a second and a third apparatus, and it is possible to make arrangement in a fourth and a fifth apparatus if a user desires thicker and further various types. The non-woven fabric manufacturing system capable of controlling the number of layers of a non-woven fabric and the thickness thereof by means of the plurality of non-woven fabric material alignment apparatuses according to one embodiment of the present system includes: a plurality of non-woven fabric material arrangement apparatuses having an input space of non-woven material and a discharge space thereof separate from each other and arranged in parallel; a conveyor arranged to pass through the input space of the plurality of non-woven fabric material alignment apparatuses arranged in parallel; and a controller for controlling an operation speed of the non-woven fabric material arrangement apparatuses wherein the number of layers of a non-woven fabric can be controlled by the plurality of non-woven fabric arrangement apparatuses, and the thickness of a non-woven fabric can be controlled in response to a moving speed of the non-woven fabric material arrangement apparatuses.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
