An ultrasonic defect detection device for detecting an internal defective state on a bend of a layered part made of composite materials, comprising: an ultrasonic transducer transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves; a control unit configured to detect and process an internal defective state on the bend of the layered part according to defect detection signals from the ultrasonic transducer, wherein: the ultrasonic transducer includes a transducer main body, which has an oscillating plate at its front end having a curved shape in side view and corresponding to a curved with a larger or smaller diameter surface formed on the bend of the layered part, a set of generators that are are distributed over the oscillating plate in the form of a matrix in the direction of bending of the oscillating plate of the transducer main body and in the width direction of the transducer main body and are configured to transmit ultrasonic waves in the direction of the bending of the layered part and receiving reflected waves from the bending of the layered part, a control unit performing for each a group of generators, formed from a row with many generators in the width direction, switching between generators in a group of generators to transmit receiving and receiving generators in turn in the width direction according to a predetermined model of transmission / reception and processing the signal received from the receiving generator according to the aperture synthesis method. 2.
