1. A method of assisting in conducting exploration, designing mines, evaluating deposits of ore-bearing minerals and / or diamonds and / or in extracting deposits of these ore-bearing minerals and / or diamonds in the lower horizon, comprising: - providing three-dimensional seismic data obtained during three-dimensional seismic exploration lower horizon; - providing an initial model of the lower horizon; - implementing tomography of the wave field at least partially as a function of at least one parameter of the lower horizon in three spatial dimensions niyah using the original model and seismic data to create a precise model; and - determination of the estimated value of at least one parameter of the lower horizon according to the updated model. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one parameter comprises at least one parameter selected from the group consisting of: the location of a deposit or other geological formation; mechanical, elastic, inelastic and anisotropic parameters of deposits and other geological formations in the lower horizon; depth, magnitude, orientation and detailed characteristics and geometry of the fracture, displacement, fracture, nature of the development of microcracks, folding, linearity, layering, flattening, bedding, layering and heterogeneity of deposits and other geological formations in the lower horizon; as well as density, porosity, pore geometry, fluid content, fluid pressure, mineral dislocation, mineral orientation, and stress state of deposits and other geological formations in the lower horizon. 3.
