FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: answers are estimated by a level of clinical significance from 1 to 3 points and summed up. Low mood is appraised as 1 point; a cause of the low mood is defined according to one of the following options: feeling of isolation; love difficulties; problems with parents, guardians, close family members; problems with studying, or own options - 1 point for any number of options. Problems with studying - 1 point, difficulties in socialising - 1 point. The absence or lower enjoyment of previously pleasant occupations, interests - 1 point, the absence of plans for the future - 1 point. The absence of significant other to share problems - 1 point, suicide ideations - 2 points, suicidal plans - 2 points, a person endures a bad mood and feels like dying - 2 points, acceptance of other people's decision of unwilling to live being betrayed by friends and family - 2 points, previous attempted suicides - 3 points. If total score is 6-9, a moderate risk of suicidality is determined that requires analysing the microsocial situation and monitoring over time; if total score is 10-17, a high risk of suicidality that requires preventing psychocorrective measures.;EFFECT: method enables examining the adolescents with disabilities for determining a risk group of suicidality and performing the timely preventive psychocorrective measures by using screening questionnaire.;2 ex
