FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: precision device for nuclear-radiation stimulation of diffusion in multilayer systems comprises precision radionuclide radiation sources with active zones in the form of stretched strings parallel to collimating slits. The radionuclide sources are capable for rotating around the axes of the radionuclide strings. The rotation angles thereof are set by automated control units and are made using precision actuating mechanisms. Radiation intensity of each radionuclide source is lower than the threshold of radiation damage of the structure of the processed materials, and total intensity in the radiation intersection line provides stimulation of diffusion between the processed materials.;EFFECT: wider range of diffusively connected different materials without radiation damage.;1 dwg
