The balloon includes a cold water inlet (13) and a hot water outlet (14), and the heat exchanger includes a hot water inlet (17) and a hot water outlet (18). A single-piece unit (20) includes a circulator (21) and a three-way water valve (24) with two inlets and a fluid outlet, where the unit is secured to the bottom of the balloon, and the outlet of the valve is connected to the hot water inlet of the heat exchanger. An independent claim is also included for an installation for combined heating of a room by circulation of hot water, and production of hot water.
