PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perspective distortion measuring device and a perspective distortion measuring method that enable fine distortions extending in a single direction.;SOLUTION: A perspective distortion measuring device is equipped with a pattern display unit 2 that displays a plurality of stripe pattern images consisting of a plurality of alternate light and shade stripes extending in a single direction as a light-shade pattern; an image pickup unit 1 that picks up the plurality of alternate light and shade stripes displayed by the pattern display unit 2 via the measurement object; and a perspective distortion calculating unit 3b that calculates the perspective distortion of the measurement object face on the basis of a plurality of results of image pickup by the image pickup unit 1. The perspective distortion calculating unit 3b, by splitting the imaged area into rough areas corresponding to the stripe-patterned images matching the pixels of the image pickup unit 1, calculates from the plurality of results of image pickup by the image pickup unit 1 a first boundary part that constitutes the boundary of the rough areas and calculates the perspective distortion on the basis of the first boundary part and a second boundary part that constitutes a preset reference.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
