PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film body having a fine rugged structure on the surface and having high scratch resistance and high removal performance for a human finger print stains in addition to light anti-reflection performance, transmission performance of light, and high adhesion to various base materials.;SOLUTION: A film body (2) having a fine rugged structure on the surface is composed of polymerizable compositions that are polymerized with irradiation of active-energy rays. Each of the polymerizable compositions contains at least polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate having alkylene glycol chain, and host molecular having inclusion ability. The alkylene glycol chain contained in these polymerizable compositions is 75 mol% or more of the ethylene glycol chain, and an average repetition unit is 5 to 32.
