PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive training simulator that allows one instructor to implement a simultaneous training at a plurality of installation sites.;SOLUTION: An instructor uses server connection means 31a of an instructor console 3a to connect to a plant simulation model server 2b via a router 5a, a wide area network 7 and a router 5b. Successively, when instructing a drive training start using simultaneous operation means 32a of the instructor console 3a, respective trainees start the drive training using operator consoles 4a and 4b, and in accordance with the operation of the trainee, a dynamic characteristic of a plant is configured to be simulated at respective plant simulation model servers 2a and 2b.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
