PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube paste and a manufacturing method thereof.;SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube paste comprises: first nanopowder of an insulative refractory; second nanopowder of a metal oxide; solvent to disperse the first nanopowder and the second nanopowder; carbon nanotube which is dispersed in the solvent as a field emission source; and an organic binder added to the solvent for adhesion with an emitter electrode.
