PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo egg which can prevent a short circuit accident between electric wires and a ground fault between an electric wire and the ground, which are caused by a snake which climbs up a tower.;SOLUTION: A pseudo egg 3 is set at a low position of a steel tower 1 to prevent a snake, which climbs up a tower to hunt eggs of wild birds and the like, from climbing up the tower to the position of an electric wire 2. To use the characteristic of snakes of having week vision and having a capability of sensing infrared rays, and to take into consideration the snakes including diurnal snakes and nocturnal snakes, a heat storage material 5 and an electric heater are provided inside the pseudo egg 3 such that a large amount of infrared rays can be generated, the electric heater being energized with electric power from a photovoltaic power generation panel to be heated to a high temperature, the heat storage material 5 being provided for keeping the high temperature also during night.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
