PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive circuit capable of performing a stable motor operation and suppressing an abnormal overcurrent protection operation or generation of noise or abnormal sound, a drive circuit built-in motor and a drive circuit built-in pump motor incorporating the same, an air conditioner with the same mounted therein, a ventilator, a heat pump hot-water heater, and a built-in cold/hot water circulation type air conditioner.SOLUTION: The motor drive circuit comprises: a position detection sensor 5 which detects a position of a rotor; a motor drive part 7 including an inverter circuit 18 which supplies a drive current to a stator coil; a PWM signal generation part 6 which generates a PWM signal for driving the inverter circuit 18, based on a position detection signal from the position detection sensor 5 and an output voltage command that is inputted from the outside; an F/V conversion circuit 61 which converts a frequency of the position detection signal into a voltage value corresponding to an actual rotational speed of the rotor; and a spark advance circuit 46 that performs spark advance control on an output voltage phase of the inverter circuit 18 on the basis of the voltage value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
