PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cement mixed paper usable for providing a waterproof structure at a concrete structure, having high strength, lightweight and soft, and easily placeable.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing cement mixed paper 3, being the method for producing planar cement mixed paper 3 used for providing a concrete structure with a waterproof structure, comprising: a step where pulp raw material is disaggregated by stirring water and the pulp raw material by a pulper to obtain a pulp suspension; a step where cement and rosin are added to the pulp suspension to prepare mixed paper raw material; and a step where the mixed paper raw material is made by a paper making machine to obtain a cement mixed paper 3, and the cement mixed paper 3 is formed by laminating the paper making raw material into a plurality of layers by a paper making machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
