PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic warning report system under an arrangement of a plurality of water-retentive materials capable of instantly reporting to a mobile phone if a water feeding amount for each of the water-retentive materials is set to equalization, and an adjustment of equalization is facilitated and circulation of water is stopped.SOLUTION: Under a state in which water is flowing in each of water-retentive materials 30, the water flows over the lower-most downstream side water-retentive material 30d. A knob 47 of a valve 46d is adjusted in such a way that water may be uniformly flowed over the water-retention materials 30. Another valve 46 is adjusted while checking a water level in a chamber box 71 in such a way that it may be coincided with a water level in the chamber box 71d at that time. A water level sensor 80 for detecting whether or not water is flowing in the branch 33 is arranged in any one of the chamber boxes 71. Upon stopping of circulation of water, the water level sensor 80 detects it, the detected signal is transmitted to an automatic warning report device 100, and the automatic warning report device 100 automatically reports it to a mobile phone registered in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
