PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a harmonic distortion to thereby increase an S/N of an angular velocity signal.;SOLUTION: An angular velocity detection circuit according to one embodiment of the present art comprises: a differential amplification circuit; a filter circuit; a phase-shift circuit; and a detector circuit. The differential amplification circuit is configured to amplify an output of an oscillator of a detection unit. The filter circuit is configured to have a first cut-off frequency that reduces at least a frequency more than 2-time a resonant frequency of the oscillator from an output of the differential amplification circuit. The phase-shift circuit is configured to correct a phase delay generated in the filter circuit, and the detector circuit is configured to use an output signal of the phase-shift circuit to perform a synchronized detection of the output signal of the filter circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
