PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc concentration measurement method of a nuclear plant and a zinc concentration measurement device thereof that can further accurately measure zinc concentration in a coolant during operation, and to provide a zinc concentration control method that can maintain zinc concentration within a prescribed range.SOLUTION: A metal wire 3 covered with a chromium oxide film of a zinc concentration measurement device 1 is arranged in a measurement unit support member 13 attached to piping 12. A coolant exits in the piping 12 and the measurement unit support member 13. A constant current measurement device 7 is configured to apply a constant current to the metal wire 3, and a voltage measurement device 8 is used to measure a voltage of the metal wire 3. A computation device 9 is configured to calculate resistance of the metal wire 3 on the basis of the measured current and voltage and to obtain a corrosion velocity of the metal wire 3 on the basis of the resistance of the metal wire 3. The computation device 9 is configured to further obtain zinc concentration from the corrosion velocity of the metal wire 3.
