PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartoon data generation system and a cartoon data generation method.SOLUTION: A cartoon data generation system includes: a receiving unit which receives a layer selection signal for selecting one or more layers from cartoon data including cuts generated by combining one or more layers having different stories, and an effect application signal for applying a predetermined effect to the selected layers; a determination unit which determines a layer satisfying an enlargement condition, from among the selected layers; and a control unit which enlarges the layer satisfying the enlargement condition to a predetermined size, and generates an enlarged layer with the effect applied thereto and an effect cut with another layer combined therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
