PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar fastener used in water-tight tunnel construction, for fixing a reinforcing bar without timbering.SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar fastener used in water-tight tunnel construction includes a plate-form body 11 provided with adhesion means 13 on a surface 11a, and a female screw part 15 provided on the plate-form body. A rod-form body 17 is erected on the other surface 11b of the plate-form body, by screwing an end 17a of the rod-form body into the female screw part. A tubular body 19 is loosely screwed into the rod-form body, a through-hole is pierced through a wall part 19a of the tubular body, and a female screw body is fixed on an outer surface of the tubular body, the female screw body being communicated with the through-hole. A bolt with a head is screwed into the female screw body, and the tubular body is fixed on the rod-form body by tightening the bolt. The surface of the plate-form body is bonded on a waterproof sheet by the adhesion means, and a reinforcing bar is fastened on the bolt with fastening means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
