PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of positively measuring an I-V curve of a solar battery by measuring the I-V curve at a timing when the power generated by the solar battery has reached a threshold value.SOLUTION: Generated power from a solar battery is acquired, a value based on the acquired generated power is compared to a predetermined threshold value, and it is determined whether or not a value of the generated power is greater than the threshold value.
