PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water leakage repair device and a water leakage repair method capable of surely cutting off water leakage to the ocean from an existing concrete structure, by improving quality of an impervious layer formed on an undersurface of the concrete structure.SOLUTION: A water leakage repair device 1 of applying the present invention is to cut off water leakage of an existing concrete structure 5, and comprises a spray device 2 for spraying an impervious material 70 on an undersurface 5a of the concrete structure 5 from a cavity part 6 formed under the concrete structure 5 and a filling device for filling a foaming material in the cavity part 6. The spray device 2 is provided with an impervious material supply pipe 20 for supplying the impervious materIal 70 to the cavity part 6 by extending to the cavity part 6 from above the cavity part 6. The filling device is provided with a foaming material supply pipe for supplying the foaming material to the cavity part 6 by extending to the cavity part 6 from above the cavity part 6, and is used after using the spray device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
