PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waste mushroom culture medium dryer which can reliably perform incineration disposal (dryness) of a mushroom culture medium by devising processing of dried powders with use of a mixer and a vibrating screen machine.SOLUTION: A waste mushroom culture medium dryer includes: a mixer 12 which mixes a waste culture medium from a reception hopper 11, into which a waste culture medium generated after mushroom cultivation is introduced, dried powders from a return conveyor 18 stated later in order to adjust water content rate; a flow dried powder pulverizer 14 which pulverizes mixed waste culture medium from the mixer 12; a return conveyor 18 which distributes dried powders recovered by a dried powder recovery machine 16 into two circuits, and conveys dried powders of one circuit to the mixer 12; a vibration screen machine 20 which performs screening of dried powders of the other circuit into coarse powders and fine powders; a gravity concentration machine 60 which performs gravity concentration of dried fine powders from the vibration screen machine 20 and obtains a dried product; and a cyclone incinerator 23 which separates dried coarse powders from a screw conveyor 21 into gas and incinerated ash.
