PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to generate a conversion matrix which is a matrix for converting an utterance rhythm corresponding to time series of a vocal tract spectrum into an utterance rhythm corresponding to time series of another voice spectrum so as to improve naturalness of converted voice as compared with the conventional techniques.;SOLUTION: An utterance rhythm conversion matrix generation device comprises: a non-negative value spatiotemporal decomposition unit which obtains, when a function representing a relationship between weighting to a phoneme and time is regarded as a time function, a first time function that is a time function to a first vocal tract spectrum of first voice data by a non-negative value spatiotemporal decomposition method; and a conversion matrix generation unit which generates, when a time function representing a relationship between weighting to a phoneme corresponding to the first time function and time is regarded as a second time function, and a vocal tract spectrum corresponding to the second time function is regarded as a second vocal tract spectrum, a conversion matrix that is a matrix to convert the utterance rhythm of the first vocal tract spectrum into the utterance rhythm of the second vocal tract spectrum by use of the first time function and the second time function.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
