PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing port structure of a buffer packing device which can tightly seal fluid more reliably in accordance with situations such as long term storage and transportation by airmail, can be reused in a conventional manner, and is excellent in convenience, and a buffer packing device having the same at low cost.;SOLUTION: A central part 50 excluding joint parts 53, 54 on both side edges to which a cylindrical body 5 is heat-welded is a flow channel F for communicating an expansion space E and the outside. Fluid is encapsulated and discharged through the flow channel F. A region R1 on one end opening side, which protrudes to the expansion space E side of the cylindrical body 5, is a check valve for adhering sheets with each other by pressure of the fluid filled inside, and closing the flow channel.
