PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conversion heat-blocking paint and a nano-order dispersion type waterproof agent capable of achieving a long pot life, performing deposition under practical film formation conditions, and obtaining a film practical in durability and light resistance.SOLUTION: A base emulsion is prepared, and thereafter the emulsion is stirred and dispersed while depressurized and degassed to attain a nano-order dispersion type thermal conversion heat-blocking paint, a nano-order dispersion type waterproof agent, a method for manufacturing a nano-order dispersion type thermal conversion heat-blocking paint, and a method for manufacturing a nano-order dispersion type waterproof agent which suppress separation and sedimentation of a thermal conversion blocking heat agent and a temperature-suppressing agent, are long in a pot life, excellent in film forming properties, obtainable of a coating film having high hardness, and achieve thermal conversion heat-blocking effect for a long period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
