PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to feel a near-reality environmental situation including a weather condition.SOLUTION: Pedaling load setting means 2, pedaling force detecting means 3, and steering direction recognizing means 4 are attached to a bicycle 1. A controller 5 initially sets a pedaling load given by the pedaling load setting means 2 and a wind speed and a wind direction of air blown out from air conditioner devices 7-1 and 7-2, according to a regional location of a bicycle touring virtual experience, and changes the wind speed and the wind direction according to a pedaling force detected by the pedaling force detecting means 3 and a steering direction recognized by the steering direction recognizing means 4. Also, an image sequence displayed on a display 6 is controlled according to the pedaling force detected by the pedaling force detecting means 3 and the steering direction recognized by the steering direction recognizing means 4.
