PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which reduces the inductance of a conductive material which electrically connects a case of an inverter and a body to each other conforming to an on-vehicle structure when fixing the inverter to a vehicle by using a vibration isolation bush.SOLUTION: An inverter on-vehicle structure comprises a bracket 3, a vibration isolation bush 4 and a braided wire 5. The bracket 3 is formed of a metal plate, and functions as a metal fitting for connecting an inverter 53 to a transmission 51 (vehicle). The vibration isolation bush 4 is inserted between either of the case of the inverter 53 and the transmission 51 and the bracket 3. The vibration isolation bush 4 is formed of an insulator. The braided wire 5 electrically connects the case of the inverter 53 and the transmission 51 to each other. The braided wire 5 is cabled along the metal plate of the bracket 3.
