PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration work support device which can support a quick and appropriate restoration work and a restoration work support system having the same.SOLUTION: A restoration work support device comprises: recognition means which recognizes the light emitting states of plural LEDs in a control unit 20 on the basis of the photographed image of the control unit 20; discrimination means which discriminates or estimates a failed device among a plurality of signal devices 10 that can be controlled by the control unit 20 on the basis of the recognition result by the recognition means, and discriminates or estimates the failure state; creation means which creates restoration work data for displaying on a user terminal 30 instruction information P1 instructing contents of a restoration work performed on the control unit 20 for restoring the failed device on the basis of the discrimination or estimation result by the discrimination means; and communication means which receives the photographed image of the control unit 20 transmitted by the user terminal 30 and transmits restoration work data created by the creation means to the user terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
