PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce complexity of operation in changing a device to be used for viewing a broadcast program, and continuously viewing the same broadcast program.;SOLUTION: Upon sensing the presence of a user, in a television receiver, a network communication part 106 receives an instruction of powering-on, a power supply part 107 turns on a power source, and a user ID acquisition part 111 acquires a user ID. A video recording data acquisition part 112 acquires a program ID and video recording contents corresponding to the user ID, a broadcast data acquisition part 113 acquires broadcast contents corresponding to the program ID, and a content switching part 114 outputs the broadcast contents continuously to the video recording contents. Upon sensing the absence of the user thereafter, the network communication part 106 receives an instruction of partial powering-off, a power control part 115 stops supplying power to any other function than a video recording function, and a broadcast data output part 116 records the broadcast contents correspondingly to the user ID and the program ID.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
