PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appointment letter creation support program, an appointment letter creation support method and an appointment letter creation support apparatus capable of easily determining the pattern of an appointment letter.SOLUTION: The appointment letter creation support program causes a computer to execute the processing, which includes: to receive an input of a first date and an identification code for identifying a piece of personnel information; to refer to a storage section which stores time-series changes in a correspondence between the identification code and the personnel information; to identify a piece of personnel information corresponding to the identification code at the first date: and to present a candidate of personnel information to be written on the appointment letter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
