PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of an electronic device by stabilizing the potential of a ground line grounded to an external structure, even under an environment where a large external radiation noise exists, in the electronic device.SOLUTION: A ground structure for grounding an electronic device (100) to an external structure (132) includes a ground cable (130) constituted of a central conductor (138), and a shield clothing (140) provided to surround the central conductor. The central conductor of the ground cable is configured to connect the ground line of the electronic device and the external structure electrically, and the shield clothing is configured so that one end is connected electrically with the external structure, and the other end is not connected with the electronic device but is in an open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
