The above-mentioned first class air separation unit (7) is equipped with a wind pressure type 2 silo air separator (9), and only the passing tobacco leaf pieces are selected, and the above second class, third class and fourth class air separation units ( 15, 24, 31) is equipped with a wind pressure type 3 silo air separator (17, 26), which can separate the tobacco leaf pieces and tobacco leaf stems.
