The movement restriction release mechanism 20 is configured to couple a movement restriction release member 21 including a coupling portion 23 and a protrusion portion 24 extending from the coupling portion 23 to a slide plate 3 via the coupling portion 23 and fit the protrusion portion 24 into a recessed portion 22 formed in a friction plate 4, and the protrusion portion 24 includes slit-like sectional defective portions formed near a proximal end of the protrusion portion 24 so that the protrusion portion 24 raptures by a shear load acting on the protrusion portion 24 from the recessed portion 22 in response to relative movements of the slide plate 3 and the friction plate 4 relative to each other.
