PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the provision of effective information in a formulation step of a store opening plan on the basis of the concept of area marketing.;SOLUTION: A position-to-position pedestrian data file 101 stores moving image data obtained by photographing pedestrians for each survey point in each of one or more survey points. A pedestrian data extraction part 1 performs image recognition of the image data stored in the position-to-position pedestrian data file 101, and extracts detailed information about pedestrians at each survey point and for each pedestrian. An expense allowable range totalization processing part 3 classifies and totalizes information about the pedestrians extracted by the pedestrian data extraction part 1 at each survey point and within each expense allowable range showing an expense allowable degree according to a predetermined condition, and can output the result.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
