METHOD FOR PRODUCING ASEPTIC PACKAGING RICE AND CONTAINER FOR ASEPTIC PACKAGING RICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing aseptic packaging rice in which the reliability of sealing can be increased, and a container for aseptic packaging rice.;SOLUTION: Rice is charged to a container having an opening at the upper part, after press heating treatment, baking water is fed thereto, a film-shaped sealed member is joined to the first annular region along the whole circumferential face of the periphery part of the container to seal the container (first seal), and cooking is performed. During the cooking, by the pressure at the inside of the container, in the optional part of the first annular region, the peripheral part of the container and the sealing member is separated, and the pressure at the inside of the container is released. Next, as the container is covered with the sealing member, a steaming step is passed through.
