PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure which can timely check a degree of deterioration of a concrete surface layer, has a high coating film strength, and shows a high exfoliation prevention structure.;SOLUTION: There is a provided a concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure formed by being applied to a surface of a concrete structure. A silicon acrylic resin primer is applied to the surface of concrete to form a transparent primer layer. A transparent polyurea resin coating material containing a non-yellowing isocyanate prepolymer of 5-10 wt.% or less of NCO, alicyclic polyamine, transparent reinforced short fiber, hydrophilic fine powder silica, a rheology control agent, a photostabilizer and an ultraviolet absorbing agent is applied onto the transparent primer layer to form a transparent reinforced layer. A glass fiber cloth is laminated in the transparent reinforced layer, and an acrylic silicone resin coating material containing a photostabilizer and an ultraviolet absorbing agent is applied onto the transparent reinforced layer to form a transparent protective layer.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
