PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic oxygen analyzer capable of high-sensitively measuring the oxygen concentration in a target gas under measurement conditions identical to those in an ordinary measurement even when the size of sample flow channel is reduced.SOLUTION: A sample flow channel 3 includes a flow channel partition wall 15 which has a flat-plate shape extending from the vicinity of a measurement gas introduction port 4 to the vicinity of a measurement gas outlet port 5. The flow channel partition wall 15 divides the sample flow channel 3 into a first measurement gas flow space S1 at the first auxiliary gas inflow port 6 side and a second measurement gas flow space S2 at the second auxiliary gas inflow port 7. The sample flow channel also includes an auxiliary gas flow regulation means 15 that regulates auxiliary gas from flowing to both of the first auxiliary gas inflow port 6 and the second auxiliary gas inflow port 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
