PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite plating treatment method which can form a composite plating film, distributed with a carbon nano-fiber material, with a composite plating solution prepared by mixing a dispersion for composite plating treatment containing a stably dispersed carbon nano-fiber material.SOLUTION: A dispersion for composite plating treatment according to the present invention contains a carbon nano-fiber material, linear polysaccharides, and amidosulfuric acid. The carbon nano-fiber material is prepared to have a pH of 3 or less in a dispersed state. A composite plating film is formed on a surface of an object to be plated using a composite plating solution prepared by mixing the dispersion for composite plating treatment with a metal plating solution, whereby a composite plating film dispersed with the carbon nano-fiber material can be formed. Abrasive grains are fixed on a cutting tool surface and a surface plating film distributed with the carbon nano-fiber material is formed by using the composite plating treatment, whereby the wear resistance of the surface plating film can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
