PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a measurement value (correct time measurement value) at a predetermined time (correct time) from accumulated data input discretely.SOLUTION: A correct time measurement value calculation device is configured to calculate a correct time measurement value which is a measurement value in the correct time of the respective number of times by a supplementary formula according to the number of times of the correct time which is previously determined as the time to calculate the measurement value existing between this input time and last input time from the time difference between this input time and the last input time of integrated data in which instantaneous values of a predetermined physical quantity are integrated for a certain period of time. Thereby, the correct time measurement value calculation device capable of calculating the correct time measurement value, a correct time measurement value calculation system, a correct time measurement value calculation method, and the program thereof can be provided.
