PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an accurate state of environment on a walking route.SOLUTION: A walking environment display system 1 includes: an acquisition unit 10 that acquires walking environment data related to environment on a prescribed walking route; a calculation unit 11 that calculates walking environment safety information representing safety of the walking route on the basis of the walking environment data acquired by the acquisition unit 10; and a display unit 12 that visualizes the safety of the walking route represented by the walking environment safety information calculated by the calculation section 11 and displays it on a map. The walking environment data may include one or more illuminances in prescribed directions. Further, the walking environment data may include any one or more of the number of passersby, positions of night-operating stores, road width, presence/absence of a guardrail, presence/absence of a footpath, the number of street lights, and the number of security cameras. Furthermore, the walking environment data may include data that a data measuring person acquires during walking on the prescribed walking route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
