PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately, rapidly and simply detecting MRSA (Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus).;SOLUTION: The method for detecting MRSA in a sample includes detection of a complex including preparation of a pair of primers specifically-amplifying regions of a nuc gene specific to the staphylococcus aureus, amplification of the sample nucleic acid by a reaction liquid including the sample nucleic acid and the pair of nucleic acid primers, formation of a complex by hybridizing the nucleic acid amplification product with a nucleic acid probe designed to form a complex with a part of the nucleic acid amplification product, and detection of the product complex.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
