PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional electronic medication history device, specifically, since medication related history is not displayed according to the detailed individual information of a prescription subject, it is difficult for some pharmacists to give a precise medication instruction for each prescription subject, and there is no mechanism for feeding back and analyzing the medication instruction given by the pharmacist.SOLUTION: The medication related information output device outputs medication related information according to the situation of each prescription subject, and a pharmacist can give a medication instruction referring to this. Thus, irrespective of the ability of the pharmacist, a precise medication instruction can be given according to the individual situation of the prescription subject.
