PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perceived moistness evaluation device, a perceived moistness evaluation method, and a perceived moistness evaluation program capable of highly accurately evaluating the visually perceived moistness of a subject's face wearing makeup.SOLUTION: An image input unit 1 inputs a photographed image in which a front image of a subject's face F wearing makeup is taken; a brightness-color index calculation unit 10 calculates, based on the photographed image input into the image input unit 1, the amount of luster produced, the abundance of blotched portions, and the abundance of unevenly colored portions all as brightness-color indices; a shape index calculation unit 11 calculates, on the basis of the photographed image input into the image input unit 1, the abundance of wrinkled portions and the abundance of pore portions all as shape indices; and a perceived moistness evaluation unit 5 evaluates a visually perceived moistness of the subject's face F wearing makeup, on the basis of the brightness and color indices and the shape index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
