PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension force inspection method of a PC steel rod unit capable of accurately inspecting the tension force of the PC steel rod unit by a simple method.;SOLUTION: A PC steel rod unit 1 is placed on an installed member in a state where no vibration is transmitted from the outside, vibration is applied to the PC steel rod unit 1, an amplitude spectrum based on the vibration of the PC steel rod unit 1 is detected, the unique frequency of the PC steel rod unit 1 is measured, the unit length L of the PC steel rod unit 1 is measured, an equivalent elastic wave velocity Vi is obtained from the unique frequency and the unit length L of the PC steel rod unit 1, and the tension force of the PC steel rod unit 1 is determined based on the equivalent elastic wave velocity Vi.
