PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in an appropriate time zone such as the time of tight power supply-demand balance.;SOLUTION: An intra-user apparatus controller for controlling one or more intra-user apparatuses in a user's house comprises: means for creating home apparatus information showing an intra-user apparatus to transmit the created home apparatus information to the outside; means for externally receiving, for each intra-user apparatus, operation setting information constituted by adding execution priority information to each of a plurality of pieces of information that are created on the basis of the home apparatus information and are used for changing an operation level of the intra-user apparatus according to a condition depending on a time zone or a condition of a power supply-demand control request from the outside; and means for executing, for each intra-user apparatus, change of the intra-user apparatus's operation level on the basis of information having the highest execution priority of the condition depending on the time zone or the condition of the power supply-demand control request in the operation setting information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
